Hospital in the Hood

First push for 2025 (7th January) and only 298 days before the New York Marathon. Yvonne and I headed out at for a short push of 6.7km after I had done about an hour on the rowing machine. Push went well although I did have to do battle with quite a stiff NE wind, generally into the wind on the way out and downwind on the way home. Of some comfort when I undertake this quite strenuous training the Ashburton hospital is not too far away - see photo below.
