Tiles For Kitchen & Still Pushing

With Terry Alkemade over from Western Australia we managed to twist his arm to tile the splash back for the new kitchen at 95 Walker St. Having completed the installation of the cabinetry and the eye level oven the tiling of the splash back gets our kitchen that much closer to being finished. 

Terry tiled the kitchen and bathroom at the Clearwater bach last time he was over from Ozzie and he made an excellent job so his timing of being over in NZ again was perfect for us. The job took a full 10 hour day to complete. I took a break from annoying Terry with a session in the racing chair and did the regular push to Mitcham Road of approx. 14 km. The push went reasonably well but my exit from the chair when I had finished was rather poor leaving me sort of lying on the racing chair. The finished result from Terry's tiling was much better. Terry definitely earned his beer and pizza that evening.
